CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Booty Boot Camp – The name says it all! Lift, shape and firm your booty in this 20 minute high intensity class! There’s no need for injections when you show up to this natural booty building class!

Body Boot Camp – Body boot camp melts pounds and inches from all over in this body shaping class that may start indoors, and end outdoors! Be ready for anything!

Burn-15 Challenge Class – Lose 15 pounds, every 15 days, and be entered into the $50 weekly drawing. This class is all about burning stubborn fat off while using the FastFlush bundle. Space is limited!

Ab Trinity – Abs, Abs, & Abs! You want to get rid of that belly fast; this is the class that gets results in 15 days!

KickAss Boxing – KickAss Boxing in 20 minutes has to be one of the craziest kickboxing classes ever created, and also fun! You’ll build lean, sexy muscle in this ZooFit inspired boxing class that ramps up the intensity!

Psycho Cardio – There’s cardio, then there’s Psycho Cardio at ZooFit. You will LITERALLY lose weight in 20 minutes! It’s the equivalent of 60 minutes of fat-burning, MINUS being on a boring piece of equipment.

Bounce– Dancing is one thing, but we’ve managed to elevate dancing to the level of true fitness in this fun, yet demanding 20 minute “bounce” class. Each class you’ll dance, bounce & shake your way to shape! Did we mention we have fun?!
